My name is Sadie Tresnit and I’m a junior at UO majoring in English. I joined the music blog the second I heard the words “Playlist maker” uttered out loud. Since then, I’ve really enjoyed broadening my scope to local concert and album reviews and walkthrough of the music that matters the most to me

It’s so hard to pick just one! But Pleased to Meet Me by the Replacements is the album I settled on because of its major impact on my journey here. It was the first new vinyl I ever bought in a record store. I hadn’t heard a single song on it but I feel in love with the album as soon as I got home and played it. Since then, I’ve become quite the record collector and the Replacements remain one of my favorite bands. It’s been great to have that foundation as I experiment with articles for the blog and pick out great tunes for my own show.
