I joined KWVA in the first month of my freshman year as an office assistant and I got my own show too! A few months later I heard that the music blog was ending its hiatus and looking for more volunteers, I joined as a writer and photographer but not long after I found myself applying to become one of the directors/editors of it. I saw this as an opportunity to help people join the station and have a welcoming music community. It’s also a place for me to experiment with the things I create, which has guided me to where I am today and I could not be more appreciative of that!

Haxel Princess by Cherry Glazerr is my muse. Throughout the album, each song does an amazing job of illustrating such intense emotions. A dream-pop, punk fuse to my ears, with silly lyrics that incite an empathetic, earnest sensation. This album throws all of the feelings I’ve ever felt into a nutshell, I don’t think I’ve ever related to an album so deeply. Anywho, I’m going to go make myself a grilled cheese now, bye!
